Our hand-crafted implements are considered artistic pieces. Implements on this website are completely custom-made from the order that you place with us, and are often personalized for the individual. There is no inventory, and everything is created from scratch each and every time an order is placed and filled.
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. We are not responsible for the misuse of any item beyond its intended purpose.
Nevertheless we realize that there are times when items get damaged in shipping. Under such rare circumstances we will try work with the customer to find a solution, which will include proof of the shipping damage and the item being mailed back to us at the customer’s expense within seven days of receiving the item.
