The LRP – The Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram – is probably the best well-known and most important ritual of the Golden Dawn. The Golden Dawn Shop is proud to present a pair of daggers that we have designed specifically for the two forms of this potent ritual.
The Invoking Dagger is a non-traditional Outer Order Implement designed for use in the LIRP (Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram). Adepts can also use it for the LIRH (Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram). The handle of the Dagger is white and emblazoned with the symbol of the Ankh, the emblem of Eternal Life. The opposite side of the handle can be inscribed with the magician’s Magical Motto if desired.
The Banishing Dagger is an Outer Order Implement used in the performance of the LBRP (Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram). Adepts can also use it for the BRH (Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram). The handle of the Dagger is black and ornamented with the symbol of the Eye of Horus (as Horus is the godform associated with the Hiereus in the First Order). The opposite side of the handle can be inscribed with the magician’s Magical Motto if desired.
